Yashica Electro 35 GS - Back to analog roots

A lot of analog photografic stuff hangs in various places of my home. Last weeks or so I pulled out great Yashica Electro 35 GS camera to make me feel photography in analog way :-).

The camera dates back to 1970, it features fast Color Yashinon 45mm/f1,7. Fast, sharp lens, aperture priority automatic exposure, overexposure and slow shutter speed electronic warnings, silent shutter sound - really great and simple tool for street and candid phototography. Below some fresh results.

More details about the camera soon...

A Decay

“Clearly I am drawn to decline, decay, to everything that is not as it could or should be. Whatever stops in half stride because it lacks the strength or will or imagination to continue. Whatever gives in, gives up, does not last, and leaves no trace. Whatever in passing stirs no regret or reminiscence. The present imperfect.”
Andrzej Stasiuk, "Travelling to Babadag".

I have this quote in my mind very often. In fact this is the reason of 50% of snaps of my cameras. Here below some shots of one of ruined classicist palaces of central Poland I visited last spring and where I am going to return to collect more photos.
